Fits great on the foot, but too high in the ankle -
I have always loved the way Asics fit my feet (I wear 8.5 Wide). I was disappointed that this shoe was only available in the white/red in my size because the red is a pretty hideous orangey-red. The shoes fit my feet perfectly, as usual, but I am going to return them because the back of the heel (at the ankle, where my foot goes into the shoe) is very high - it cuts into my ankle when I try to point my toes. If it weren't for the ankle issue, I would have kept the shoes, even with the gross red color because the fit is impeccable.
