The story is too complicated to go into. The point is that Zappos was with me all the way. You made it so darn simple to get precisely what I wanted and needed. You were so helpful. You were so patient. No wonder Oprah loves you and no wonder I have bought all my shoes from you in the last few years. I am nearing 70 so I may not have too many more shoes to buy, but you may rest assured they will be bought from Zappos. My only fear is that all of our exchanging may have confused American Express.
