Quality shoe -
This is a shoe that will take a lot of abuse and still look good. It is meant to last, not fall apart quickly like other, more cheaply made shoes. They are more comfy than they look.

These shoes look terrible in person! There were glue marks on all the seams and the sole looked like it was glued on crooked! One day of getting caught in the rain with these and they would have melted away!

The Originals Are Back.
Dr. Martens Vintage series brings Docs back to their original high standard of quality; these are not the cheap flimsy Docs of the last several years but honest-to-goodness Dr. Martens Work Shoes. If you've been lamenting their passing like I had, then rejoice.
Made In England.

Hands down these 3 hole original Dr. Martins are the very best shoes ever made for a waiter, bartender chef, cook, dishwasher, etc. You will not even slip a little on the kitchen floor at midnight on a Saturday night. Trust me I wore these shoes as a waiter 20 years ago when I found them in London.

I have been ill for 4 years and I am always excited to get my package in the mail. What makes Zappos even better? Days like this, when my illness has me pretty down and I speak with customer service at Zappos. Now I am excited, grateful, and have much needed energy due to speaking with customer service employees.
