 |  |  | Kudos! I ordered my New Balance shoes and when they arrived (right away, I might add) I found they were too big. When I called the Zappos customer service line, I was immediately issued the new pair, which arrived AGAIN within two days! That was before I had the chance to even get the first pair in the return post. That's the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Zappos. You have made a permanent customer out of me!
