Great Boot -
This boot is great - I love the fit and style. Most comfortable boot that I have so far. I have it in black and may order the dark brown.

Great boot, clunky heel -
I wanted to love this boot. It looks fantastic in every way... if it weren't for the heel. It seemed out of proportion for this boot. It's not exactly chunky, but it's angled in an odd way and didn't quite look right. I wish it had been more of a tapered heel. I'm sure some people will disagree with me and love it - it sort of has a cowboy boot appeal. I prefer a sleeker, chic look. Other than the heel, it's gorgeous and made with the quality you expect from Frye.

You emailed me the day I placed my order to tell me you had upgraded my shipping speed at no additional cost. And you've done it again! I ordered another pair of shoes from you today, and you sent me another email to notify me of upgraded shipping! I have to tell you, I knew the specific shoes I wanted/needed, so I used another site to search for the best deal on these particular shoes. You were $5 more than the cheapest supplier, but I've had such a great experience with you that I decided to order through you, and I'm glad I did!
