Looks ok, comfy shoes besides the strap -
I'm a size 8.5 and it fits just fine. The only thing that is bugging me is the strap... I have normal feet, but that strap is sure tight. I hope it will loosen up over time. However, the shoe is really comfy to walk in. Wore them the first time today and walked a mile to work and back and it was fine.

Great Mary Janes!
I own several pairs of Keens. I bought these to replace costume shoes that I have to spend 10 hours a day in. These are a dream! I did get some sore spots rubbing where the straps are sewn - but I chalk that up to the amount of time I was in them at a stretch and walking vigorously. However, they are breaking in nicely.

Fit my pregnant feet- yay! I bought these because I was 32 weeks pregnant and running out of shoes that fit. I have one pair of Keen clogs and love them but needed another pair to get through the winter so I got these. I was a bit nervous about them because I have a hard time finding shoes that fit me very well. They fit GREAT even with swollen feet- and not a single day of uncomfortable breaking in! My mother-in-law has problems with high arches and will be buying these soon too. Very highly recommended!

Great! Wonderfully comfortable and nice to wear with slacks when I want to "dress-up." Size runs about right, heel gives height without being wobbly. Would definitely buy again!

A bit narrow but fab otherwise -
Great shoe, true to size, but a tad narrow and the elastic band is very tight. I don't have what most people consider wide feet, so this is a bit strange. Otherwise, a real walking shoe!

A great pair of Keens, not my favorite -
I love the look of these Mary Janes and needed a brown pair of shoes for fall. I normally take a 7/7.5 in Keen and ordered these in 7.5. They fit well all around except for the strap. I have a very high instep and am still waiting for the strap to stretch a little. It is not adjustable. Otherwise I love them. You should know the leather on these Keens is firmer than in their more nubuck shoes. They look great with fun socks which are in right now. I will keep them but again, hope that strap stretches a bit.

My new favorite shoes -
I purchased this pair of Keens to wear when teaching all day. Keens are the only shoe I can stand on concrete all day and not have foot pain at the end of the day. I wear these shoes more than I thought I would because they are comfortable, practical, and 'match' all of my clothes. My co-workers have complimented my shoes as being 'cute', but I am most happy that they are so comfortable on my foot. Keen is 2 for 2 with me and I look forward to choosing another pair (in black this time) soon!

Not very pretty -
I am actually going to return the shoes. I ordered them for a trip and decided not to take them. Very comfortable, except for the band which is a little tight, although I only did try them around the house in the carpet. They look much nicer in the picture. They are not pretty. My husband vetoed them.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: Similar styles from Naturalizer and Easy Sprit are nicer looking.

Keen's Palermo -
The Palermo was comfortable right out of the box! Now that I've been wearing them a couple of weeks, the leather is softening a bit and are even more comfortable. The only thing I wish the Palermo had is an adjustable strap with a buckle. Great shoe all in all!! Thank You Zappos!! You have the quickest service around.

My 12th keen!
All the women in my family have bad feet! I've had 3 surgeries and have been battling plantar fasciitis for several years, not the best feet for a hair stylist. Keens saved my career! I discovered them on a trip to Portland Or. & discovered Zappos once I was Keen-addicted! My only complaint was I'm a girly-girl and wear dresses most of the time and Keens aren't "pretty". THESE are pretty! Orthotics fit in them too! Wo-hoo!

Dressier, but just as comfortable as Keen's sandals -
I bought my first pair of Keen sandals this spring and have worn them near continuously. Needing something more suitable for winter wear at the office, and needing a hard-to-find size 10.5, I purchased these. The fit is wonderful and the shoe very comfortable after several weeks of wear. I walk up to three miles a day at work, but haven't experienced any discomfort. The arch feels slightly less supportive than the arch in my Keen sandals, but it's still adequate. While snug enough to keep the shoe in place, the strap isn't too tight.

Bought these for my daughter who lives and works in London. She was very pleased with them. They looked stylish and felt comfortable and kept her feet dry.

As usual, Zappos, delivered my shoes promptly. The shoe is great and I just love Keens. What did I wear before Keen? If you are hesitant to buy, don't be, they are great, good fit and comfort.

I liked the look of this shoe but the fit was odd for my feet. Ran really wide and the strap is very tight, so when I walked they slipped up and down, but were kept on my feet by the strap. I really tried to like this shoe but finally gave up as it isn't for me. Guess I need to stick to Keen slip-ons.

Cute but didn't fit me right -
Love Zappos, usually love Keens. Heel was a bit too high; it rubbed my foot where the strap met the outside of the shoe, and the band left an imprint on the top of my foot. I wanted to like these but they just weren't comfortable.

Great everyday shoes -
Palermo Mary Jane has the wonderful comfort footbed that all Keen shoes offer, but the elastic strap on the right foot is a little tight at the top. I have high arches and my right foot is a little larger than my left, so I'm sure that's the problem. I'll get lots of use out of them, that's for sure, and the elastic will probably loosen up with time.

Excellent - This is a great shoe. I should mention that I have a very wide, very tall, fat foot. I can't promise that someone with a thin, slender foot would also be as well fit in this shoe. But they'd probably be very comfortable! The leather seems of good quality. It doesn't dig in anywhere. At first, I thought I'd have trouble shoving my foot under the strap, but I really didn't after the first attempt. The leather discolors very slightly where my foot stretches it a bit at its widest, but this often happens with leather shoes, and it's probably not noticeable to anyone else. I can't wait to wear these around a lot more when the weather cools! It's a great shoe for wide feet, probably will feel good on any foot. I particularly like having Keens that don't look like hiking shoes at all -- this is why I purchased these.

I love the look of this shoe, it's cute and looks good with skirts and tights. I had to order a full size up due to the tight elastic over the instep. I usually wear a 9.5 or 10, and got this in 10.5. I first ordered the size 10, which was a pretty good fit except for the elastic- there was no way I could wear them long enough to break them in. The larger size is fine, they are a little big but with socks it's more comfortable. I haven't worn them all day yet. I think the leather isn't quite as soft as my older Keens.

It mentioned that they had that shoe available in the size, style, and color that I had previously ordered.
