VERY PLEASED!!!
I have all good things to say about this shoe! I bought them mainly for work. I work in the medical field and am on my feet a lot. A lot of my co-workers have Dansko's and talked me into getting them. I hesitated because of the price, but now I would say they are worth it for sure. Very very comfortable. I wear about an 8 and the reviews said to get a half size to a size bigger than what you normally wear. I ordered a 39 and they fit perfect. They slip off the back of my heel but they are supposed to. Another nice thing about these shoes is they go well with slacks, scrubs, jeans...anything. Definitely recommended! I plan to buy a pair in the brown oiled style soon!

Always an excellent fit.
I have tried other brands like these and always come back to the fact that it is worth the money for a good, comfortable pair of shoes. They did feel a little tight at the beginning, but after the second or third wearing, they felt great.

I love these shoes. Got them about 5 years ago and now shopping for a new pair. After 5 years of ruff and tough wear I need to get them touched up and purchase a new pair. I am going to get an extra pair for my mom. LOVE THEM!!!

Danskos professional -
these shoes are great ,I thought they would take a while to break in but I wore them a 10 hour day at work (the first day) and then left them on to go out to dinner. I want to get another pair to wear with jeans.

This shoe works really well for long shifts in the restaurant business. Highly recommend. Get a slightly larger size than you think you should because they run a bit small I think.

Many of my clinic coworkers wear/swear by Danskos, so I tried them. Find the support to be excellent. Had to order med width; usually get wide Width, so a little tight on R.

I have a pair of the professionals in the oiled leather, which I love, but the one thing I don't like is that they scar easily. I recently got the black box which is a regular leather texture and it doesn't scar as easily and it is as comfortable as the oiled leather.

Comfortable, but bulky looking -
I owned a pair of Clarks clogs previously, and decided to try the Danskos. The part of the shoe that curves over the top of the foot is tight, particularly that reinforced bit at the top. It is not too tight, but it presses against my socks in a mildly uncomfortable way. I think that once they are broken in, this might be better, but I actually prefer my Clarks.
They also look bulbous - the Clarks were nicely rounded all the way around, whereas these seem narrower in look along the length of the foot, and the roundness of the toe is more of an aesthetic shock. But if you're wearing these, it's unlikely that you were overly concerned about looks anyway!

Great for feet, not for knees! We bought these for my husband, who is a nurse and he does not like them. He works 12 hour shifts on a trauma floor and is constantly running around, so we got these for the no-slip soles and because everyone suggested them. He says they are great for feet but KILL his knees about 3 hours into a shift. He tried insoles, supports, everything. He also says they are still very stiff, even though he's had them for over a year. He finally gave up on these and wears something else now.

These shoes rock! I am a nurse who works 12 hour days and I just love Danskos. They are by far, the most comfortable shoes that I have worn to work and they look good too. The only draw back about the shoe is that it takes a bit of time to break in the instep; once that is done, the shoes are a dream. I love Zappos too! I wear a size 5 and every time I need a shoe, Zappos has it. The shoes are delivered quickly too!

What a great shoe!
This shoe is so great, because it "dresses up" and "dresses down" -- good with dress slacks, good with jeans. A great profile, amazingly flattering to the foot, and very comfortable!!

Have worn these both professionally and for everyday use...great shoes...comfortable boot like, without the heat of wearing a boot. Great with jeans, never have sore feet.

A Martha’s Vineyard must have -
Perfect for dirt roads, and slipping out when going through airport security. The clogs give you height standing and sitting - your legs are relieved of pressure on long flights to somewhere else, so coming home to the beautiful island is all the more appreciated.

Leather -
I love Dansko’s, love this shoe, but prefer the leather of the other Dansko Professional choices - the leather for this one just isn't warm (if that makes sense) to the eye... works ok with pants and skirts with tights, but the leather isn't soft or dressy, texturally. I love the shoe, don't get me wrong, but I wish I had spent the 9 extra dollars to get another style of the Professional. SUPER comfortable, fits like a glove, will be wonderful this fall. And of course, Zappos is amazing, as usual!

My husband laughed when I suggested these shoes for him. I have a pair and have worn them for 5 years. I bought them for him because he has back problems and no matter how much he thought he won't like them he does. He actually really loves them. You won't be disappointed. Try them. Go up a size.

Just what I expected!
This shoe is perfect work any work environment that requires you to be on your feet for hours at a time. I work in the restaurant industry and have to stand for long periods of time and my feet never bother me. I used to have back pain as well as ankle pain and now that I wear these Dansko shoes I don't have any pain! I own two pairs and can't wait to buy more!

Pay attention to sizing.
Wow, what a comfortable shoe. I ordered these at the suggestion of coworker. I wear a 9 shoe, so went up a bit and originally order a 43. Ugh. Too tight, and my high arches hurt.
My fault, because I didn't heed the advise -- when ordering, go big. I called Zappos and exchanged for a size 45. They upgraded the shipping provided free shipping for the return. And what a difference two sizes make. I am up and down stairs all day and in the office environment I stand sometimes for hours at a time making presentations. These shoes make the end of the day easy - no tired feet, no tired back and the loose fit really works for a nice casual shoe. I like the European look. I am a guy and these shoes d not look feminine - just unique. And at the end of the day, no tired feet. Great job Dansko and great Customer Service, Zappos.

Excellent arch support.
I didn't like the style of the shoes before, but I bought these shoes for work. Excellent shoes, to people who have to work for 8-10 hours daily. Also, the service from Zappos is excellent too.

Practical shoes - I wear Danskos for work (I am a nurse practitioner). I find they are the best for my back. The only complaint I have is that the top of the shoe is too tight. Also, I am a size 8 and must buy size 9 (39) for proper fit.

These are great comfortable shoes, especially for a nurse. I ordered them and they came in about four days! I would order a half size larger than your regular size. They are a bit tight at first, but stretch to a perfect fit after about 3 wears. Love them.

Wow! Now I'm a believer! I'm a huge Keen and Chaco fan and I have a high arch that collapses when I walk so if I don't have good arch support, my knees hurt after a day of walking. I've always been around clogs since my sister is a huge fan and my dad is Danish...but I always thought the hard sole would be awful. Well, after buying these shoes and out of the box wearing them all day at work, I feel great. They provide amazing stability and you can walk a little bit like you can in an MBT. The leather looks great/high quality, but I was a little disappointed with the shiny sole. Maybe the cabrio or pull-up have a better sole. I am a typical 8 and the 39 is perfect for my long middle toe.

Great shoe if you're on your feet all day! These shoes have great arch support and have really helped my feet since I'm on them all day. The only thing I wish is that they sold this shoe in a wider style.
