Privo Swell -
The Privo Swell's are a very comfortable shoe. Perfect for everyday wear. Perfect for any kind of weather. I normally wear custom shoe orthotics. I do not need them in these shoes!!! Took them to Vegas. Walked a ton. No problems!

Great work shoe!
I like the look, feel and comfort of these shoes. I wear them to work and my knees feel better. I recommended to my friends at work.

Very cool, but not true to size!
I have had TONS of compliments on these very cool shoes (I got the olive green ones). I can almost always wear a 10.5, but I got an 11, and they are tight. You can't loosen them (there is no tie) and the heel is very bad at rubbing. I HOPE they get more comfortable. I loved the look so much I couldn't send them back, but I should have!!!

A bit snug -
My first pair of Privos. I thought they might stretch, but now I wish I'd gone with a half size bigger. Still not too uncomfortable for short-term wear.

Very Cute!
If you are a Privo fan & you happen to own other styles - note that these (for me) ran about a half-size small. I have several pair of the "Sofrito" style in an 8.5 and needed the 9 in this style. I don't feel as much "squishy comfort" in these as in the others, however, I usually put Spenco insoles underneath the Privo insoles - so we'll see how they feel at that point. I ordered the stone color and they are very, very cute! As for width... my feet are a very narrow AAA, so most shoes feel really wide to me, but Privo seems to be OK.

I was so disappointed when I attempted to try on these new Privo shoes. They were so hard to get on that I felt like Cinderella's stepsister. The elastic is just way too tight! I own at least 10 pair of Privo shoes and haven't had this problem. They also ran at least a 1/2 size too short. I liked the style, they just don't fit.

 |  | Two days ago I logged on to find a pair of shoes to wear and I found just the perfect pair. I put them in my cart, then proceeded to check out. Once I got my confirmation I realized that the order was going to my office and not home, so I called customer service to request a shipping change. The customer service I received was something I rarely experience. This gentleman was professional, friendly, took care of my request, and THEN welcomed me back as a customer (I hadn’t purchased since Dec. '07) and then gave me overnight shipping as a welcome back gift. I was floored! Needless to say, the shoes arrived the next day and they are perfect. As I opened the box, my television was on and who did I see on Oprah, but the CEO of your company. What he spoke of in regards to how they wish their customers to be treated was exactly the treatment I received. I felt special by the way you treated me and now I feel VERY loyal. Good job!
