I did not have to replace the order, and I received the boots within a day of my quiery as to how “out of stock†items were handled. I was very impressed, I recommended your company to a friend. She had to same situation as far as one of her items being out of stock. She was contacted by phone, and compensated with a 15% discount for the inconvenience.
