I am more than pleased.
I ordered these as an early Christmas present. They were too small. I quickly called the customer service and they were so helpful. They sent out the larger size and I received them the next day still in time for Christmas. No problem to exchange or credit original purchase. Zappos is definitely my first choice when buying shoes, I couldn't be happier with the entire transaction.

Love the shoes. They are sized a full size smaller than you would expect so order them a full size larger than you normally wear. The shoes are incredibly comfortable and warm. I live in Michigan and have worn them in 2 - 3 inches of snow with no problem.

These were a gift for my 78 year old dad. He likes to wear his slippers outside. He usually wears a 14 and these were a 13 and fit perfectly so you can go down a size. They are very well made and sturdy so should hold up well.

Santa is very happy!!!
This is the first time I have ever ordered from Zappos but it will not be the last!!!! My son wanted these shoes for Christmas but did not tell "Santa" in time to order them off of the Uggs official web site. I was in a panic until a friend suggested that I try this website to see if they had them. Christmas morning came and "Santa" had delivered the goods. The fit was perfect thanks to the other customer reviews about how to size them. He has not taken them off except to sleep...thank-you for saving Christmas, you have a new forever customer.

Order a size up - great shoe!!
Listen to the reviews...order a size up! I didn't at first and they were too tight on my husband so I had to return them and order the next size up. Zappos quick customer service is the best!! Miramar is a SUPER shoe, perfect for work and casual attire. The shearling inside is great for fall/winter and they are super comfy. My husband loves them.

The shoes are very cute! My daughter has thin feet so they are a little wide, but the length fits well. She loves them and they stay on very well. I get compliments on them all the time! Also the shipping from Zappos was so fast I would totally buy another pair!

The shoe is very stiff and runs very narrow. It looks nice buy if you are used to buying uggs and need the width of some of the other styles, this won't be the shoe for you.

Successful birthday present -
I bought these as a birthday present for my husband. He does not normally wear slides so he was very skeptical. He loves them and wears them all the time. He finds them very comfortable.

Great Product ~ Even better Customer Service -
I purchased the Ugg Miramar for my husband. He is a size 10.5, and Ugg only offers whole sizes and suggest you choose down in size. I did, but the size 10 was too small. Customer Service could not have been more helpful! I commend Zappos for the excellent CS which is almost non-existent these days. The size 11 fits perfect and they are so comfortable and convenient to wear when you're running out of the house :)

They're very comfortable, I mean, very comfortable. I bought size 12 US (I wear 12) and ended up returning them and buying 13s. If you plan on wearing thicker socks (wool, hiking) you'll definitely want the bigger size. Even without socks, they fit well. To sum up: Very comfortable, size up.

I'm a school teacher with an Uggs fetish and these are one of my favorite pair of slip ons. Very comfortable, close fit with socks and without. Perfect to wear around the house to keep feet warm and perfect for casual, professional attire.
Other shoes recommended by reviewer: I have at least 10 pairs of Uggs and I don't recommend any other brand.

 |  | I wanted to email to give thanks. I ordered a pair of replacement Salomon XA Pros, using Zappos for the first time. I had heard of you, but had never tried you before. I initially ordered a pair in 10.5 red, but was emailed early the next morning that the pair was inexplicably unavailable. I got back on and ordered the same shoes but in yellow. Upon completing my order, I called and spoke with a rep who was very helpful, both describing the circumstances that caused the initial order to be cancelled. He then went one step further and upgraded my order to free overnight shipping. As if that wasn't enough, right? The pair I received was a half-size too small. I called to arrange an exchange for a size 11, and in addition to receiving authorization, I was again greeted with above-and-beyond service. I was informed that the price had dropped since I placed the order initially, so I was given credit back onto my credit card for the new difference. At this point I didn't think I could be much happier with the level of attention I had received, but was quickly proven wrong: on top of all that had been done thus far, I was also upgraded to free overnight shipping again.
