As always, excellent service. I got these as 'work' shoes in black and am really happy with them, my first Clarks. They grip pretty well considering the tread and they're ever so slightly spongy/bouncy. I also happen to think they're pretty nice looking, and all the details are pretty tight and are good quality. They did however seem a half size larger than the size 10 I ordered. Considered exchanging but changed my mind. Thanks again Zappos for another happy customer.

Love the shoes, more than those though, I LOVE your website. I started a relationship with your website a while back, but had to rely on your website this holiday season for some very important gifts and you guys had the stuff in stock, got it here in time (I ordered one thing on 12/23...) and were so gracious and helpful when I called panicking about an incorrect size I had ordered. You guys ROCK and I am telling everyone I know how amazing you are! I kept thinking surely you must be in my backyard because whenever I ordered something it was here like 30 hours later...thanks for helping me out and making me look like a hero!
