Good backpack. This is a good backpack. Nothing special about it, but good. I am very impressed with Zappos. I ordered this backpack on Sunday at midnight and received it on Monday at noon. So it ONLY took me a day and a half to receive it. This is the kind of customer service I look for in all retail. Thanks, Zappos.

	Now this just has to stop. My neck is aching through shaking my head in disbelief. I placed an order last night around 6:30 pm and the shoes were delivered at 9:35 am this morning. Come on... the billing information didn't go through until 12:15 am this morning. How do you do it? Do you have your own jet? Does UPS (your carriers) stand for Unbelievable Parachute Shipping? I live in rural Vermont, not downtown Louisville. Absolutely amazing service. And the shoes are great, too.
