Instant Comfort - I bought these for my husband who is VERY picky about his footwear. He put them on and was instantly enamored. They became his new favorite flip flop. (He will only wear Reefs). Every time he puts them on he comments on how wonderful they are. Obviously, I did well!

Really comfortable -
Bought these in Hawaii after noticing that pretty much every native is sporting some kind of Reefs. Super comfy, looks good, and great in the water and on the beach. I'm a big guy and these are totally comfortable for all day wear.

Good but not as good as the Flex -
There doesn't seem to be as much arch support in the new styles of Reefs, but over all this model has more arch support than any of the styles with the church key. The old Flex style was better.

 |  | Awesome customer service. I didn't order the half size smaller and realized it before the shoes shipped. I was immediately helped and was so happy, then realized I went too small!!! I called back and again I was immediately helped and after a good laugh got the correct shoes shipped! I was very, very happy!!! I am sure Zappos people thought I had lost my mind but they were very supportive and had me laughing about my errors! Best customer support I have ever had!!!
