I recorded Oprah and finally was able to watch the episode with your CEO Tony. I love, love, love your company. I have talked about it so many times to family and friends. My husband has asked about Zappos and what is the big deal? When I watched Oprah I had to pause it and drag my husband in to watch so he could see what the big deal was. It was wonderful to see the behind the scenes of your business. You guys really do have customer service nailed. I am with Tony on this.
