An excellent light and warm vest, alone or beneath coats -
For a recent trip to Germany, wore the vest on the plane, under sport coats, in conference, and at the job. Easily packed. Excellent inner security pocket. Perfect for unanticipated cold snap and for the anticipated colder (than US) control temperatures in Europe!

This is a really great coat, especially for the price. We were so surprised with the quality and style. Much better looking than the picture and it looks good in the picture. My husband is a true large, chest size 46 and this coat fit perfectly. And it's NOT so tight around the hips that the stomach poofs out. Nice plus. Ordered navy and it is a true and good looking navy. Tried to find one for me, but alas, not available in women's.

Prana does good again!
I buy organic cotton for environmental reasons (conventional cotton is one of the most heavily sprayed crops in the world) but the fabric on these jeans is soo soft! The darker color on them is nice too. It fits just the way my body is shaped, except for the fact that it's a bit on the loose side (but I think one size smaller would have been too small). I was hoping that they'd shrink a little in the wash and be perfect, but not yet after the first washing. I did have to get them hemmed, but I’m short and used to that. I still love them!

I got these boots in the mail thinking it was gonna be you get what you pay for and boy was I wrong. I felt like for the money, these boots were way beyond expectations!!! I bought them in black and loved them so much I had my husband buy the exact same pair in brown. I love high heels and these are really amazing!!! The five inch heel is very deceiving... there is a platform that cheats for you. Easy to walk in... comfortable... FANTASTIC BOOT for the money! If you wear socks with your boots, they were roomy. If you don’t, I recommend buying a 1/2 size smaller than what you wear (if you like a boot to hug your foot). I buy shoes from Zappos all the time and love my new way of shoe shopping... easy to return without any problems!!!

These bottoms are cozy, soft, and built to last. The fabric is thick and the workmanship couldn't be better. Get these if you are looking for winter comfort, but don't expect them to be “cute” or sexy as “utilitarian” is more apropos. They do shrink when washed, but are sized generously to allow for this and end up true to size. I love mine!!!

Great running tights -
I've wanted a pair of these for over a year now and finally took the plunge and bought them. They give me more energy during workouts and look great. My favorite thing about them is that they are tight enough to keep all my jiggily parts nice and tight (trying to lose 10 pounds), but yet not too tight that I feel uncomfortable. I was hesitant to spend this much on running pants, but I can honestly say these were well worth it!

Great colors, great for travel, dressy, or casual -
This is a great skirt - I have it in the brown and the purple/fuchsia. It is very versatile, easy to dress up with fancy belt, blouse, and heels or keep it casual with flip flops or walking shoes. I did some bike touring through Europe and this skirt was the perfect piece. Highly recommend it. Good quality, doesn't fade in washing machine, rugged, doesn't wrinkle, and great colors.

I really like the sweater, but what I can't believe is how fast it arrived. I'm pretty sure I ordered it on a Thursday and it arrived Friday (Saturday at the latest). This alone will bring me back to Zappos.

These pants are well worth the price. The fit is excellent -
You can wear these pants year round; the weight of the fabric just helps you look good in them. The cut is the best cut that Womyn has made and they come in black, brown and cream. I love them!

 |  | I just wanted to say that Zappos.com has completely changed my perspective of online shopping. I've always been wary of doing it, thinking of all the shipping charges and problems that undoubtedly arise if I want to return something (not to mention possible scams), but Zappos has completely changed all of this for me. I heard about Zappos early 2007 when I bought myself a pair of Converse. Ever since then, I've been so impressed with the constant effort Zappos puts in to make sure every customer is satisfied, that I now try to buy everything from Zappos before I'm forced to look elsewhere. I always used to buy electronics from another store, but now I try to purchase them from Zappos, seeing as you guys are starting to carry them (which is a big plus for me, a HUGE tech junkie). I can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort of your great customer service employees and also how you guys still haven't changed your 365 day policy and free shipping both ways… even though you're starting to become pretty famous now.
