 |  |  | Dear Zappos! What can I say?! I'm so pleased. You've gained a new customer! Two weeks ago, we visited a store, ordered these shoes for my son because they were out of stock in the store. After 5 days, I followed up with their customer service and was told it would be another week until shipment. Then another week went by, I called customer service again and was told then that they cancelled my order due to no stock. So frustrated, I searched online for these shoes; your website came up. I was reluctant, but ordered anyway. I placed my order on Thursday 8/28/08 6p.m-ish and these shoes were on my doorstep on Friday 8/29/08 5p.m. Talk about awesome service! My son was so tickled. He really wanted these shoes and was disappointed with the other store. The shoes are exactly as promised, fit nice, and pleasing to my son! You have made us both VERY pleased & very impressed with your online service. No hassle, no delay, and the express shipping was a surprise as well. THANK YOU!
