Great shoes-great website -
These are great shoes b/c they are comfortable, easy for my 3 yr old to put on by herself, the velcro stays closed, and the "T-strap" accomodates her high arch. They do not scuff and fit easily with socks and tights. I am 1000% satisfied with ZAPPOS. I measure my kids feet at home and order ALL of their shoes from Zappos!

I love the look of these shoes, so I bought them in the size my son normally wears. For him they fit snug. I had to return them and get a size larger. The return service was fast and easy. I still love these shoes but they are narrow.

Sperry Kids' Barracuda (Youth)
I ordered these for my brother upon his request - these were his first pair of Sperrys and he loved them! Comfortable, stylish, and true-to-size. The color goes really nice with either a dressy or casual outfit, and overall, the shoe is sturdy enough so that he can wear anywhere! And of course, as always, Zappos' free shipping and fast delivery is a bonus - definitely cannot wait to my next purchase from Zappos! I love Zappos! 10 stars!

I love these boots! They a great way to make any winter outfit go from bland to fun! The inside is faux-fur lined, so they feel just like slippers! One bad thing is the arch support. If your going anywhere where you're going to be on your feet for awhile, don't wear these shoes! They're great for a quick trip to the mall or for school, but they have NO arch support!

Perfect boot!
This is a great boot. Can be worn when the weather is a little wet or there is a little snow and my son does not need a whole snow boot. He has worn them dressy with cords and casual with jeans. He has received lots of compliments. They are very warm and perfect for his needs!

2008: The Year of the Clunky Mary Janes -
Options for mary janes to coordinate with a new fancy/funky winter coat seemed limited, this year, to clunky and clunkier.
My granddaughter is 4 & 1/2 and accustomed to wearing boots, though not fashion boots; sneakers and sometimes sandals in summer. She found these Primigis uncomfortable at first (I think she resisted the pressure on and around her toes), but I suspect she'll grow used to the fit, motivated by the fact that the shoes are dressy and complement her coat. She's the younger sibling of two boys and enjoys being the princess of the family. Everyone knows that princesses wear shiny patent mary janes. These will be occasional shoes, but it's always nice to be prepared for the exceptional.
Primigi makes fine, supportive, intelligently constructed, quality footwear. The Azalea-Es are sensible, if not sleek, and apparently trendy. Still, I won't miss this old-lady version of a graceful classic when it's gone, and although the coat will surely be worn for two years, I bought just one pair of the shoes (in the child's current size).
Here's to the mary janes of 2009-10, to Primigi, a brand I trust, and to Zappos for its superlative customer service!

Better for slender feet than chubby feet...
I purchased two pairs of these, one pair for my three-year-old who has lost the baby fat in his feet and one pair for my 18-month-old who has not lost the baby fat in his chubby little feet. My three-year-old loves them and can pull them on and off by himself. That's always a bonus when you have more than one small child. My 18-month-old doesn't seem to mind them, but when I pulled them off his feet, you could see the marks that shoes left from digging into his baby chub. They're good looking shoes, and they appear to be well made, but I wouldn't buy them again for my younger son until he loses his baby chub. They definitely seem to run a tad narrow. Also, if your child has slender feet, but a high instep, they still might not work.

Nice warm shoe -
I bought this for my 9 year old since where we live there's often rain, snow, slush this time of year. These keep his feet much warmer and dryer than a sneaker, but easier to take on and off than a boot. He soon realized the benefits and chooses these shoes over his sneakers every time. Shoe is sturdy and well made.

Perfect shoe -
Perfect shoe for my super picky narrow footed boy! He complains of all shoes feeling "funny". They were a bit heavy for him at first but they help him stay grounded! Nice lace up for his narrow foot. Not to say that they wouldn't fit a regular or wide foot it's just that the lace up gives the opportunity to tighten up the shoe for his narrow foot. Super sturdy. These shoes will way outlast him. Great for nasty weather here in Maine too. Perfect for casual dress up in the holidays. "They're cool mom!" need I say more?

We love this brand - this is our second pair of Kid Express. My daughter is picky about shoes - she would prefer to wear her sneakers but wears these willingly. I think b/c they are so comfortable. And they hold up well to every day wear. The patent leather shows no scuffing.

Awesome -
These are my first vans authentic core classics and I must say they are awesome. So comfortable and true to size. Good price too! This will not be my last pair. Also, first, I ordered a pair from the actual Vans site and they sent me the wrong ones. (After about a week and a half of waiting for the shipment) so I had to return them. What a process! So this time I made sure to buy these from Zappos. They arrived to my door the very next day and they were the right ones! They fit perfectly and guess what! They were cheaper. Over and over again I have tried to "branch out" and order from other sites online, but I just keep coming back to Zappos. It truly is amazing. I work in the shipping business and even I dont know how they do it! Keep up the good work Zappos; you have made a loyal customer out of me!

Happy piggies -
I purchased these shoes for my nephew who has wide feet... Because they were available in wide, but still a sharp looking shoe. He loves them as he says my piggies aren't squished. He also can put them on himself. Very pleased with all aspects of this shoe.

Timeless, classic style -
My daughter & I both love these, especially since wide shoes are hard to come by. I absolutely recommend them. ONLY thing worth noting is that the shoelaces rip/break over time.

Well-made and great-looking -
My daughter loves these shoes and they look fantastic with her school uniforms. They do scuff up on the playground, but marks come right off with a damp cloth. The details of the styling on these are particularly nice.

 | | Thank you so much, from now on I'm going to order all my shoe orders from your company. I saw one of the owner's on Oprah and I have to say, owning my own company, I was really impressed with his customer care. My next order will be for a pair of Toms if you carry them. If not, you should try and get them. Also, I really liked his philosophy about the employees and keeping everything so relaxed, stress free (as much as possible), and respect for each other. I'll pass this on to everyone I know. The fact that you don't charge for shipping either way has won me over. What a great idea b/c who is going to order a lot of shoes without trying them on, but I will always try shoes on elsewhere, but order from you. Again congrats on a great company.
