Gorgeous shoe -
I have fairly small/narrow feet. The 7 1/2 were too big and the 7 were too tight. They are absolutely gorgeous but the fit is just not right.

I had to return these. I got the gold and they were nice, but actually somewhat pale gold and very shiny. But they were huge, I thought they felt a full size too big.

This is a gorgeous pump. I ordered them in Navy, but they are definitely not navy. They are a dark/slate gray. They definitely run a 1/2 size big too. Still looking for a classic navy pump

These boots are really cute but just not the right boot for me. I ordered them in black and brown and was pleased that the heel is not super shiny as is shown in the pictures. I really like the stacked heel style, but the shoe felt narrower than normal. I have a 16" calf and was *hoping" these would work but they stop just before the largest part of my calf. The 12" shaft is REALLY short. They also look a little pirate-y for my tastes. You can decrease the length of the fold on the top of the boot and that extends the length a little bit, but just not enough for me. These ones are going back!

Great coat -
This coat is really classy and comfortable and surprisingly warm. I have been buying shoes from Zappos for years, but this was my first foray into coats. Given the excellent style, functionality and price, I will do it again. The coat looks great with any pants and is light and comfortable. I recommend it highly.

LOVE these boots; just what I've been looking for! They are the perfect slouch high-heel boot. The suede is very soft and doesn't look cheap. The heel is the perfect height and sturdy, too. They slip right on over my jeans effortlessly. A lot of times, I have a hard time finding boots that aren't too tight on my calves and that will go over my jeans, but these were perfect! I wear a size 7 but I got the 7.5 because I usually wear socks with them and I also insert shoe insoles for more comfort. If you are debating whether to get these, don't hesitate! Zappos has excellent service, too!

Best Pump EVER! True-to-size!
I am a true size 7, and this shoe fit perfectly in the 7. I wore them to work, without bothering to break them in, and they were comfortable all day. A friend ordered some after admiring mine and loves them as much as I do. I get compliments constantly on the sexiness and style of this shoe! Also, they quickly arrived after ording. Talk about outstanding service!

Love these shoes!

A must have!
This shoe is a must have! I got them in the red/patent; they look even better in person. My daughter opened the box as she always does, but with this shoe she did something that she never did before while opening my Zappos boxes and that was scream really loud. She then ran upstairs to me with the shoe screaming “these shoes are hot, hot, hot!”. These are now her favorite shoes that I own and I can proudly say, mine too. I can’t wait to show them off!

Great boot -
I generally let price determine the boot before I even look at it, meaning if it’s not a lot it’s not good. However, wanting a warmer boot for work and play and gave this a shot. Very very comfortable. Light lining for a little warmth. Good rubber sole. Modern. Get them.

Nice lightweight boot -
I needed something not too heavy and stiff to wear riding. This boot fits the need. The shaft is thinner than most and has a very good flex to it. The sole and heel are not too clunky either...just right for the ride. There is less arch support than a work boot, but it seems to have good pedal "feel" when on the bike's floor boards. Just to avoid wear-through, I added an exterior leather pad to the top of the left boot upper foot area. The color was true black, although out of the box they were coated with a waxy substance that was easily removed with a horsehair brush. All in all, worth every penny spent on them, and a good looker.

I wore these boots once and my feet still feel numb, they are the worst boots I have ever owned. They definitely feel like a narrow not a wide width.

Perfect nude shoe! Love the platform because it makes me feel tall and sexy with the heel height still being tolerable. Also love the fact that it is available in a wide size - absolutely no to squishing!!!! I've been looking for a nude heel for quite some time and this one was worth the wait.

I purchased this in black after buying other Type Z tops from Zappos. I have yet to wear or wash mine, as I live in Florida and it's not cold (yet), but I definitely think the fabric feels amazing. I read the other review, and I hope it doesn't fall apart. It appears to be well made.

Never heard of Type Z, I believe it is only from Zappos, but I purchased this because of the fabric content, and I am happy I did. It fits great, feels great. I have since purchased other styles from Type Z and I love all of them so far. You might be able to size up or down on this top.

Beautiful Boots!
I spent a lot of time searching for a flat, dressy boot in a color other than dark brown or black. These are gorgeous! The leather feels very supple and the lining is a thin, soft faux fur. I wear a 9 or 9 and 1/2 and I got the last pair, so I ordered the 9. These are very fitted and feel a bit narrow to me. I won't be wearing these to work all day. They are for going out to dinner, the theater, or parties. They are so unique and look great with skirts and I can't wait to show them off!

Great shoe, but runs really big!
I love this boot - it's beautiful, comfortable, and has a plush fuzzy lining but still breathes well. The only issue is that it runs really big. I normally wear a 10, but had to get it in a 9, and there's still room for a gel cushion.
So if you order it, save yourself some trouble and get a full size smaller than your usual!

Good Grief these would barely zip up my ankle and I have thin ankles! So disappointed for such a pretty shoe...They are NOT adjustable. They feel like you have a brace around your ankle. The toe box area however is roomy and the shoe itself besides feeling strangled... was comfortable and secure feeling. Good luck to whoever can wear these. I do love, love, love Zappos ... it’s the only place I buy my shoes... awesome fast delivery!

These are wonderful!
I've been looking for boots for months. Finally, a tall shaft boot that fits my calf which is 15 1/2 inches. I ordered the boot in a 7 1/2 and the boot is tall enough (I am 5'7) and comes all the way to my knees and fits the calf. There is a bit of sewn in elastic at the top, which helps the boot to fit even better. Nice satin lining on the inside of the boot. I've only worn them around the house, so I really can't say how comfortable after 8 hours, but feels great as soon as you put it on. Ordered on Wed. at lunchtime and had them by Thursday afternoon (week before Christmas also!).

Great winter boots -
Looking for durable shoes to wear in the often wet days outside, have been comfortable, extremely durable, wearing well. Look great with jeans and can be dressed up for work. This is my 3rd Type Z pair, all have been great.

The shoe is definitely a 1/2 size too small. I normally wear an 8 and ordered an 8.5 based on reviews and they are just about right. The front is perfect and the back band is comfortable, but not snug. I think this is good since it won't cause pain while wearing, but even though they haven't slipped off, it feels like they might. The front toes are a little tight, but being suede, they will stretch and be just right. Overall very hot shoe. Perfect for the LBD if you want an all black ensemble.

A compromise between rugged and metro. Ususaly you have to choose one or the other. A stylish boot but not feminine or too trendy. Too many designer boots have a super long narrow toe that sticks up too high and a very high heel. This boot has a subtle narrowing and does not stick up in the air with a pointed toe. It has a nice low heel also. Comfortable out of the box. I have not owned it long enough yet to see how it holds up. Very nice boot for price paid. Does not look to be a boot that is made to take the constant abuse of work or snow. Too casual for dress, but great for jeans or perhaps khakis also.

Great, but...
I saw this boot on someone else and had to ask where she got them - I loved the look. Apparently it's very popular because I couldn't get it in something other than suede to save my life. Decided to go for it anyway. I was a little worried about the other reviews that pointed out how big the calf was. Got them today and WOW the calf is HUGE. I'm sending them right back. I love this boot, but the shaping and space are just too much for me. If your legs are on the thinner side, this may not work for you.
